Returned to have the goldsmith work addressed from having my ring resized. They did not have the material to complete it during this visit. I loved working working with Jack who is the best. He assured/promised me he will take care of any concerns. I met Judy Yeh today and she was very nice. I look forward to having my ring repaired on my next trip and to discuss having a custom piece designed.
After just moving to CA from NYC, I was in search of a reputable jeweler and was referred to K Jewelry from a friend. They were absolutely incredible - trustworthy, great customer service, speedy and have absolutely beautiful jewelry. I would refer anyone here and will continue to use K Jewelry while I live in CA!
Bought a necklace for me daughter and paid extra to have pendant made with an extra thickness to it. Within a week my wife notice that the pendant looked like it had been broken then welded back together. I brought it back and they said they could give me store credit worth $20, when I paid $125 for the pendant.
