The greatest customer service I've experienced in a long time. Jazlyn is an awesome manager and I recommend this MetroPCS store over any other in town. Great job, Jazlyn!
Open sign is on, hours on the door say it's open, but the door is locked and no one inside. Customers appreciate promptness and employees that don't show up late wearing fuzzy slippers to work. Then she makes us wait outside until she's ready to open the door. It is after 10, I am not appreciative of this customer service. Maybe a new hire with work ethic is in order. Thanks for wasting my time this morning. If I could give this place a zero, I would.
The lady working here seems a bit busy to be working alone but she did an amazing job great customer service skills and all she helped my parents switch their phones to there own line and did so with ease an made sure to fix my phones plan to relfect the price we pay I like how she did it and how she kept her cool the entire time way to go for this location
I have been having HORRIBLE service and the person j just talked to hung up on me after I told him how much I paid for service that I'm not getting. I will be calling the B B.
Pick up a Samsung note 8 from the store great customer service kind of slow but it worked out
