The best way to describe my experience thus far with this pet store is phenomenal. Froy is great and takes the valuable time to educate you on the pets or products. I can say is some of the best in detail explanation I've ever gotten in regards to pythons and other snakes in general. He took time to explain the pros and cons of buying an adult snake vs smaller non adult snakes and the overall dos and dont's. Simply put he's not all about being a salesman but I noticed he also has a passionate concern for the well being of the pets and that is to always be appreciated.
This store always is friendly and helpful for its products. I prefer getting quality food that is not big brands. They carry local brands that have never been recalled, which is a preference for me. My puppy and two kitties are healthy. They go out of their way every-time we visit. I like that I can bring my puppy to the store, even though he's annoying. They still welcome us!
Great customer service. PITA to find parking (streetmeters). Good selection of fish and aquarium supplies.
We prefer this Pet Shop! Great items for every animal and great prices too. Also very friendly people. Every question I had to ask, they answered without hesitation, so that shows that they know what they are doing. If you haven’t been to this Pet Shop before, it’s a place to check out. I strongly recommend them!
I have been getting my dog supplies from this Pet Shop for years. All of the employees are so friendly and helpful. Every time I go there, I am always greeted as soon as I enter the shop. The brand of dog food I buy comes with a free dog wash. They are always going the extra mile. A great store to shop!
