The waiting times suck horribly but the staff try to keep the next person waiting outside entertained. You can wait in your car or wait in line down the side of the building. Once you're in the staff are great and friendly. They become a real part of the family if you let them in. They take pride in showing they are human too.
Only place that had a camera protector for my phone. If I didn't start a contract at att next door I would be with them, regret not going to them first, very friendly, line was out the door, but that is expected during this covid situation, will be going back when I finish my phone contract to swap over to them.
Had a good experience at this location! Everyone was friendly. The employee Jamel assisted me in finding a new phone that works best for me, as well as the accessories! I appreciated all of his help.
I just love this place, good phones great service.
