I attended this school in the year 2000. I was in 8th grade and new to the city of La Habra. I felt the students were backwards in their maturity. They acted very young for their age. What I disliked about this school the most was the hours. Back then, class started at 8:45 and ended at 3:00 p.m. The classes were long, especially, when there was a block schedule. I dreaded going to school.nnIn retrospect, I would give anything to go back in time to be there again.
The lady at the front desk is rude on the phone and in person. It's as if she is unhappy to be working and would rather be at home sitting on a sofa.nnShe is a bad reflection of the school district. In a field that involves children and parents a very positive and friendly attitude is a must.nnparent
I attended this school in for 3 grade levels (6th, 7th and 8th). The things in that school were bad, tons of drugs were being sold to my fellow peers. The policy they had in place had no common sence, this school had tons of issues with gang and gang violence. The school cafeteria severd unhealthy microwaved food to children. Many kids were bullied at this school and the staff always turns a blind eye to it.
Much better, larger, safer than Washington middle school.
I just don’t like it. It’s kinda bad.
