Rancho Fullerton Mobile Home

This is a nice park ... very clean; and it was quiet during my 4-hour visit.

Me and my friends went there after we went to the Sugar Plum Craft Faire at the Buena Park Mall. I was treated to a late Birthday lunch. Food was good as always. Love their Parmesan Garlic Onion Rings (extra crispy). We also shared the Caramel Pecan Butter Cake (yummy). Have a good day!

Management is very rude & disrespectful. As you speak both individuals there especially Andrea kept interrupting me. This happened at three occasions. The attitude is equally as bad. After reading another review and speaking with others in the park I've concluded to live at this location would require an excess of good patience to extraordinary patience to remain humble not to say or comment back. I believe if you were in a Military Camp you would be treated more fairly! So far, out of the four agents that sell in this park I have come across only one that was very polite and helpful. The main agent Steve Kemper is too cocky for my own good and does not follow through with everything he says. He's a politician salesman looking to make a quick buck and not after your overall best needs. Casey another salesman is worse because he does not fulfill his promises and is always looking for the best dollar. I understand that to a point but he's very misleading and very money hungry! The other one I will care not to comment anymore on since I have already been chatting a lot of negativity.nnOn another note, the tenants seem to be pretty kind and peaceful. They are so friendly I can't remember a time that I didn't get waived at or spoken to while visiting and looking around for a place to live. The park is clean and have never witnessed any ruckus or problems.nnAs much as I like the park, the space rent, cleanliness, amenities and location I don't believe I could withstand the management attitude and disrespect.nnIn summary I do not recommend this park !!!

Nice clean we'll maintained mobile home park.

I didn't just visit here I've lived here for 12 years come this August I believe that the visiting parking is accommodating and the park is very well kept! ! The train does pass by all the time but. ....after you live here for a little while you don't even notice that often I don't even hear it most of the timen.
