Lakewood City Hall

Walked up to make a payment to Finance Dept on an extra charge for lake clean up and the lady said she couldn't take anything physically from me. The only office open was court. But I could Mail it and no um...we don't have a drop box. Excuse the hell out of me, but if you can receive it in the MAIL, you can Take my payment. SOMEONE is working to post payments and the parking lot is full of, whom I assume to be employees. So, yeah. You are being paid to work for us. So do your jobs.

Nice people they allow usa citizens to excercise their rights freely unlike other city halls who voilate usa Constitution for filming.
