They messed up my son's class ring. We communicated with them 3 different times, just days after placing the order that the representative had messed up on her notes. Now, we are here correcting the issue and the rep is on the phone with the manufacturer. We've been waiting for over 45-mins for them to correct their error over the phone. Btw, they also got the size wrong.

The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable in the business, they will give you the best deals. I’ve bought servals pieces of jewelry from them and never disappointed from wedding rings, watches, necklaces etc. the best customer service.

Great customer service! I have been dealing with Joe once a month for the past few months to make my payments. Joe is very patient, friendly, polite, and always helpful. I always enjoy my trips to this location based on the customer service alone. He will gladly answer any questions you may have on any of the jewelery, even if you are not making a purchase that day. If you find yourself at this location ask for Joe!
