The staff was amazing. They took their time to answer every question no matter how dumb my questions were. Their selection of rings was very impressive. They staff went above and beyond the call in their customer service.

Very nice staff! Rosey took care of us with a lot of professionalism and kindness. She will help you no matter your budget and no matter if you go there only to look around. She won’t give you an attitude because you are not buying there (saw that behavior in other places).nAn unbeatable package when you purchase a ring (you’re good for life).nPlace highly recommended.

After 26 years of marriage, they are still taking care of my wedding ring. I recently caught my ring finger in between 2 metal objects and squashed in my ring. Since they are about 45 miles from my home, the jeweler repaired it for me in a couple hours. Always looks great after being cleaned and polished! Thank you for going out of the way for me ❣ufe0f

We love the place. We bought our rings there when we got married. From the start it was different than the other places we'd shopped. The others felt like car salesmen. Robbins Brothers felt like our friends. We joked that our saleslady was our first friend we made as a couple. We go back every year to get our rings cleaned. Super professional and friendly every time. Would recommend.

I was mislead when I spoke with Maggie regarding your Manufacturers Defect Policy. She had explained to me that there's a 2-3 week duration period for processing a claim and that it would include Free Shipping but after looking on your website it states processing takes 6-8 weeks plus $50 for shipping. In addition, she also did mention that Theft was covered under Warranty but again, I didn't see that anywhere on your website unless I missed it. She had a rude and condescending tone in her voice and came off as arrogant and rude like she knew it all.
