Very friendly staff knowledgeable on where we were going (Mexican Riviera ) flight involved bus passes to to ship all coordinate ports of call and drink cards and gratuity all included. We used Gail to plan our wedding/honeymoon trip. She got us the budget we asked for but made planning very stressful. I tried to begin booking ASAP to get the best prices but had to email Gail several times in a row to get responses sometimes it would take her a few weeks and this wasn’t when she was out of town. Have used her in the past and she was fine but this time was a bummer. It was our first time in Kauai I asked for swimmable beaches and both of our locations did not have that. She was suppose to help with a flyer for the guests in case they wanted to use her and she just never did that either. Our flights had ended up canceled and she took so long letting us know that we ended up staying a shorter amount of time for a higher price which is what I was trying to avoid by beginning early. When I’d called to see if I could get a refund and book with someone else I was told I couldn’t and that’s “just how Gail rolls” by her coworker. There were no wedding or honeymoon perks at all and will be booking with Costco travel next time as that’s what our guests did with better results. All around disappointing experience with Liahona.

Great people and great price to hawaii

Gail has always taken care of us. Its amazing to tell them where you want to go and they put together the whole trip. No worries for us. We are a customer for life.
