There’s a young man who works there who can never be bothered to help with anything. I’ve called to find out if prescriptions are ready and he hangs up on me and my husband and says, “we’re slammed, call later.” They received the prescription over 5 hours ago but he won’t even look it up to see if it’s ready. He doesn’t know names of medications. We’ve filled 4 times and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but at this point we’re done filling here.

Would give zero stars if possible. I went and dropped a prescription off and was told 20 minutes. Went back after 25 minutes and was told it would be another 15-20 minutes. Went back after that 20 minutes only to be told it would be another 20 minutes. I'm waiting on nausea medication, so I've been stuck at the store completely nauseous waiting to get my meds and refusing to go into the bathroom because they allow people to shoot up in them. Terrible customer service. I wish I could say this is a one off but every month when I pick up my prescriptions that are on refill this happens. Save yourself a headache and go to a different pharmacy or Safeway. I will be transferring my prescriptions.

Jeff is awesome, always knows your name. Everyone there is super-responsive. As a self-pay client, the meds are cheapest we've found.

This is THE WORST pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Constantly losing prescriptions and taking hours to find and fill them. I've used their sevices three times and will Never go back.
