We saw 1917 in January, and it was the first time in a long time that we'd been to the movies. The experience was less than appealing. About 10 years ago, we frequented this theater. Now, unless drastic changes are made, we'll never return. The experience was confusing from the get go. I'm not sure how getting tickets from the concession does anything but boost concession sales (decent idea, but a bit selfish), but it was terribly difficult to figure that out in such a small lobby, and wait.nnThe seats have been upgraded to more of a lounge type, but similar to a budget flight on Southwest airline for legroom. There was no way anyone could get into their seats without everyone in the row needing to stand up. This is entirely inconvenient in the middle of the movie.nnBefore and after the film there was popcorn and trash everywhere. I understand that this was a weekend, but I surmise after reading other reviews, this isn't the first time. The trash bins were overflowing with trash, and there were no staff present. The theater itself was covered with the previous patrons messes, and it was only 540 pm!nnI'd consider taking out the extra row of seating, and concentrate on the intangibles, like customer service, and overall appearance and experience. This experiment is not working.nnThanks!

I went here right before the COVID-19 shutdown. It was great. Everyone was really friendly, and I had several rows to myself. Everything was clean and well-kept.

Love the atmosphere of this theater. I live in Tacoma but I always travel to this place to watch movies. Low key, the people are chill and the service is great. Safe place to take your family.

Very clean and well maintained location that has a friendly and cozy atmosphere. Theaters vary in size but all have good sound and are well maintained. Like other Regal theaters I have been to, chairs are very upright and do not recline as much as other standard seat theaters I have been to.

Come here quite often for a nice movie! I’m a fan of the Cheetos popcorn! Got to love the flaming hot and regular Cheetos popcorn. I don’t like the price of $6.99 each for a small! But you can’t turn it down.nThe theater is decent, I wish they upgrade the interior. It sure beats waiting til redbox or on demand.
