The park is in the excellent location the amenities are good people are friendly all in all I have to give it five stars. It's close to the ocean so we have temperate weather for the most part during the summer months. There is miles of trails and once a month they have a Docent lead tour of the National Wildlife Refuge. The city of Seal Beach is close by and you'll find a host of eateries, interesting retail, and a nice boardwalk that goes for miles at the beach. Vons groceries and shopping center is about a mile from the base gate on Seal Beach Blvd.nnUPDATE: August 2020, finds Seabreeze RV Park still closed due to COVID-19 and we are hearing there isn't any plans to open until 2021.

In between military orders and figured I’d see if I could get a spot at the RV park.nnWent into the office and the staff was very rude.nnIt was clear that I was an inconvenience.nnAs a military veteran on a military base trying to get a military RV park I thought the service would be more helpful and courteous obviously not the case for these people.nnIt was clear none of them had ever served in the military and did not treat a possible customer with any respect.nnPark looks very nice too bad the customer service is despicable.

We would give this place ten stars if we could. We absolutely love it here. This is our second visit and if it were closer we would come every weekend. It's soooo clean and quiet. Excellent RV spots, lots of room!!!

Great spots. Very large and room. Lots of space between each site. Free laundry and ice!!! Totally amazing. All facilities very clean. They even have a place you can wash your RV like in a car wash.
