The mayor, and city council, have done a great job in leading Lancaster into the future. I really like the online permits and other services becoming available. If they keep going like this a year from now I will be able to give them 5 stars. In this era of absolutely terrible leadership in Sacramento it is refreshing to see excellent leadership at the city level.
I've had good experiences when needing the help of Code Enforcement and Public Works. They really do come out and make sure that the neighbors don't leave their sofa on the sidewalk for a year. They have also responded when neighbors rode their motorcycles up and down the street at 60 mph and actually got it to stop. That's worth the tax dollars I pay and more.
City Hall is improving it’s taking time and I would give it some time and it will the best in the state.
Got transferred 3 times and no one was able to help,!!!!
