I have been going to Valalan’s and dealing with Alice for all my jewelry needs for probably over 30 years. I have never come away disappointed with either the information gathered or a purchase. She has my complete trust in any and all advise and has helped me create some beautiful gifts for my wife. If she doesn’t have what you are looking for she can get it for you or as in many of my visits,nhelp you create a beautifully designed, one of a kind gift. Valalan’s is my go to jewelry store, never a doubt I am going to be happy I spoke with Alice. My wife constantly gets complemented on her jewelry and we always recommend Alice and Valalan’s to family and friends.

They will work within your budget and get you the best product in your price range. They go out of their way to make it right. Alice, Amy and their staff are TOP SHELF! There's so many great things I want to say about this store, BUT to keep it short so you know why this is the best place to shop I will get straight to the point.nnMy fiancé proposed to me with the intention of having me design my own engagement ring. So tough choice is, how much research do we need to do to find the right one?nnI am happy Alice was our first choice as I did have some jewelry pieces (like 1 sided diamond to a hoop earring) that I wanted to be repurposed.nnShe gave a lot of information on what to look for in a design and style for me. I didn't want a vintage look but wanted something dainty. We tinkered with a few style for a couple of weeks. I was a frustrating bride to be because with today's information at the tip of your finger, there was so much style to choose from!nnI then threw in a wrench asking for some emeralds, but not to make it look Christmas-y.nnAt the end of the day, she somehow made it happen!nnI get so many compliments on my ring and everyone is still amazed at the addition emeralds that is elegantly placed.nnI can't wait to come back and get a few other pieces designed here.

Simply put, Alice makes the ring selection process fun and easy. Not only does she provide recommendations if you need guidance, but she’s okay with going back to square one if you’re just not sure. My fiancé and I had a great experience working with everyone at her store, highly recommend!

Do not buy from this company! No return policy, store credit ONLY. They have sold to our family for 20 plus years and not exceptions. Guys make sure she LOVES it before you buy. Owner was very condescending when I called to question her policy. $1300 down the drain on an OVERPRICED necklace.
