South Bay Gold gets excellent reviews from me...definitely an A+nI have been purchasing precious metals for years around the globe and this has got to be the most efficient, knowledgeable, and honest group I have ever come across. My first visit there confirmed they are a stellar company to do business with. Sam and Juan were exceptional and provided excellent customer service. My time in the area was very limited yet I could have spent hours in there with the beautiful showcases of quality jewelry. Everyone was friendly, several greeting me as I came in. The place felt safe and they had a great selection of items to choose from.nnHighly recommend.

It was my first time at this store and my husband and me were very impressed with the great customer service . The tech person and the person who evaluate my pieces were so nice that invites to come back anytime just to say hello. The waiting area is comfortable, they offer us drinks and we felt very safe in this store.

South Bay Gold,nI have been to both stores to sell items. At both stores the gentleman that helped me, truly such great costumer service, and even gave me more than the value of my ring, which I really appreciated. I believe the gentalman that helped me was Tristan. He was very professional and kind. The only thing that made my experience slightly uncomfortable was a security officer there. He asked me some personal questions which made me feel uncomfortable. Besides that over all great experience great atmosphere and great management.
