I tried calling to speak with someone but received the receptionist I believe. This woman said hello and right when said my name, she hung up on me. When I called a third time I literally yelled in the phone and asked to speak with a Manager or Owner, she said they were not there and quickly hung up on me again. I feel very offended, since she did not bother to see why I was calling or if I there was something she could help me out with. What she did was very unprofessional and I will not be doing business with Riviera Goldsmith Shop Ever!! Your Receptionist set the standard for your shop and I give you 1 Star rating until you hire someone more professional.
