I took my TAG watch in for a battery replacement. I’ve had the watch for 15 years and I know It need a new battery every 2.5 years when it slows down. It’s like clockwork! I live in Redondo Beach and love trying to support local business. These guys took the back off my watch and then told my wife there was a serious issue with the mechanism and they could fix it for $200. I called BS and they gave me the watch back refusing to put it back into working order. I took it elsewhere and got the the battery replaced for $45. Guess what, no mechanism issue. Based on my experience I would urge people not to trust this store!

I don't write reviews but My exwife had a Cartier watch stolen Hyatt spend time looking for a watch like that one I was working across the street when I saw Finley's and I went in just by chance my watch the watches at a great price 4 Cartier watch she needed an extra link they call the Cartier got an extra link for it ,was never charged for anything great jewelry store great people

This store has a friendly atmosphere, & incredibly gorgeous gems! I went there to get an appraisal, and met with a very nice appraiser there named Jeremy. He was beyond helpful, not to mention as knowledgeable as any appraiser could possibly be. His manner were so friendly and engaging, and I was really glad to make his acquaintance, as well as for all the help and information that he gave me.
