Kimberly who works at the Fred Meyer pharmacy is amazing. She is always friendly and goes above and beyond. I was in a lot of pain and she listened to me and showed compassion. Thank you so much!! You are an amazing person!

I’ve been going here for years, typically pretty fast and efficient but this last time I went. I called for my prescription to be ready yesterday in the afternoon. I came in the next day to pick up to give them extra time to prepare it and it was not ready. I need my prescription by a certain date, it’s not prepared and now I’m wasting my time when I’m already on a time crunch. Seriously looking at switching to a different pharmacy possibly one with a drive thru.

My son bought flowers for my deck for mother's day. He always goes to this particular store because the flower area is always so well taken care of. The basket with five annual flowers he planted and I continue to take care of are spectacular. We know we can always count on you for the best flowers and plants in our living area. I moved to Puyallup 9 months ago from Sequim and had been filling all my meds at the Kroger in Sequim before moving here. I have been filling my meds at this Fred Meyer since moving here as they are just 1 mile from my house and already had me in their system since they are affiliated with Kroger. Every single cashier, technician, and pharmacist at this store is exceptional and I have not had a single issue thus far. The entire staff is very friendly and they have the fastest service every time I am there, which is at least 3 times a month. Their service is so good, I actually have insurance that only covers my meds if I go to a CVS. There is a CVS literally 1 mile further down the road. My meds would be free if I go there. However, I am so pleased with the service at this Fred Meyer that I actually choose to continue going there and pay cash for all my rxs using discount coupons. You cannot beat the great customer service they provide there. Exceptional pharmacy team all around!

The Pharmacy Staff are great. This has been my pharmacy for 10+ years. They have always made every effort to accommodate my needs. Keep up the good work:)
