For a simple battery install on a Brand New watch from Germany, they nicked up the back case. Theres not just one nick, but clearly they were fussing around when trying to open it. I'd take it back for them to fix but my guess is thats only inviting more problems.nnLesson learned: go to a real watch maker. I'm so dissappointed.
Friendly staff with a wide variety of watches. I take my watch here for repair when needed, and they always do a wonderful job.
