I bought a GASTON Gold Plated Tungsten Polished Beveled Ring With Brushed Black Center from Larsons and was initially satisfied with the ring which I bought for my husband who loves jewelry. I had no problem with the customer service staff but realized that in my invoice it showed the actual cost of the ring which was $5.00 . I've tried reaching out to their customer support to return the ring but I feel ripped off. If you search on eBay you will find that most of these rings come from overseas and you can buy the same ring for $5.00 . I realize companies have to make a profit but I would advice anyone who is looking to buy a ring here beware of the HUGE price mark up. I can't think of a product with a 30x markup?

I purchased a Wedding Ring for my Fiancé yesterday and it went further on sale today. Larson Jewelers was very helpful in issuing a credit for the difference in price! They have been very helpful and responsive to messages and my ring shipped right away! We are excited to receive it on Tuesday!! Thanks!

This is ONE of the best Jewelry online to shop.Super worthy and no matter what happen with your wedding ring they will definitely solve the issue as in super quick,not even a day they will respond and send you Tracking number.Customer service is beyond and LARSON JEWELRY is definitely THE BEST EVER. We purchased our wedding ring 4years ago and got issue on it .I just email them and they send back the replacement ASAP without obligation at all.
