Aurora and the Appelblom team (Paul and Fiona) are great. I have sold jewelry here and also gotten my wedding ring and band made here. They are very personal and with you every step of the way as you design your most important item. I would highly recommend them to make your precious items!!! I wouldn't say they are the absolute cheapest, but I think for the quality and customer service it is worth it.

Erik is such a kind, professional and pleasant person to work with. He takes pride in his work and delivers the highest quality of work quickly and at very fair/reasonable prices. I reached out to Set at Erik's Jewelry Studio after having a bad experience with another custom design jeweler in Berkeley. Set is by far the most responsive jeweler I have spoken with in the Bay Area- he'll often answer questions any time of the day or well into the evening. The price he quoted me was very reasonable (much, much lower than the first jeweler I worked with). And even more importantly, he's honest and guarantees the quality of his work.

When you're purchasing jewelry or have your favorite jewelry repaired, you want a jeweler who is knowledgeable, creative, pleasant, fair-priced, and most important of all, honest. Set, the owner, fits that profile in every way. Whether you are purchasing an engagement (a big deal!) or having your mom's pearl necklace restrung (another big deal!), you want a jeweler whom you can trust. I cannot speak highly enough of the service that Erik's Jewelry Studio provides.

Erik did a beautiful job of resizing my engagement ring, which has a center gem and a very delicate pave band. The repair is absolutely invisible and the stones are secure. He explained the whole process and how to take care of my ring. He gave a very fair price and took care of the resizing in just a couple of days. I will definitely return to Erik for jewelry needs in the future.
