This review is for Christine Hancock. Christine sold me my first Rolex, an Explorer I, today. It is my first Rolex and I could not be more excited to wear it. This is excitement is due in large part to serendipity — my engagement photos are tomorrow! And my wedding is next month! I could not feel more prepared for my life’s Great Adventure with my beautiful, capable partner by my side and the Explorer I on my wrist.nnBut enough about me. Christine joined Ben Bridge in February and, within a month, her store closed due to the Covid-19 shutdown. She was not able to get her feet wet until several months later...but she has taken to her role like a duck to water! Christine is kind, poised, and professional.nnThank you for your help, Christine. I cannot wait to return for my next purchase.

Monique was so nice and courteous. Very knowledgeable and sweet, helped my family celebrate a wonderful occasion by helping me find a timepiece to recognize this milestone. Wife is also waiting for her watch as well. Hope to be coming back to collect next year’s BB bear!

I am really Happy with the watch I bought, it is a rare piece and hard to find. Spoke to Ping, she is my jeweler asked her to give me a call if she got the watch in. Yes I waited for a little bit, but that is completely normal with these type of watches. I am extremely Happy that I got it, Thank you Ping I really do appreciate you.
