I received a beautiful COACH purse for X-mas from my mom; but it wasn't quite my style, luckily The COACH Store is always willing to exchange anything/everything for you. It took a while to decide, because EVERYTHING in that store is beautiful, i found the perfect purse for me. I love The COACH Store, beyond the obvious reasons, they also have absolutely spectacular customer service. Always helpful, super friendly, professional, and very detail orientated. Check it out, you'll thank me!!

First of I went to return a purchase that I received in the mail and the way I was treated you would've thought I stole it. I had the receipt and my identification and I was still given a hard time. Staff was not friendly at all or maybe an African American female is not well off enough to buy the product, that is exactly how I felt. They kept checking the receipt that came in the mail with my purchase as if it were fake. I will not return to this store ever. I will probably not buy another coach product ever. I just can't believe how I was treated.

Good customer relations. The purse i bought broke and it was under the year warranty so they replaced it with a brand new one!

Birthday presents for the wife and an item or two for myself. It was a great buying experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. What else would you expect. They could carry a few more men's items like watch bands for more than just apple. Anyway, I say hit up coinstar and make your way to the Coach Store.
