My fiance and I had a wonderful experience finding my engagement ring at Robbins Brothers in January 2020. Working with Jocelyn to upgrade my wife’s engagement ring for our 5 year anniversary, was a great experience!nnShe was incredibly helpful, and thoughtful; she listened to my wife’s wants (and my budget), and made perfect recommendations without being pushy or salesy. It really was the perfect experience; especially having just been to a jewelry store in Hermosa earlier yesterday and have the opposite of a good experience.nnSo if you need to get that diamond, I highlynrecommend going to see Jocelyn at Robbins Brothers in Torrance, she will take great care of you.

Initially a 5 star as they were very helpful but watch out for the sales tactics. I gave them my budget and they were constantly pushing me towards a higher price point. Ended up spending a lot more than I wanted to.nnWhen I went back to pick up the ring they couldn't find the wedding band. I waited 20 minutes and then when they did find it they hadn't even sized it! now I have to wait a few more days. Very disappointing service from a company that I thought was better than this!
