I’ve had two wonderful experiences with this company. The first was a walk-by purchase at a pop up event in my sister’s neighborhood in LA. I bought myself a beautiful crystal pendant my ten year old son suggested I get, and I’ve had many compliments on it. The second time I ordered online from them some earrings which my sister had eyed during the summer, so I took a chance and bought them. I still had my original card I had gotten at their booth, full well knowing I’d be making another purchase in December. I like buying jewelry from local designers because it feels like my money goes to the right folks. Alexandra was super communicative, and she noticed from my order, they are so close to my sister’s place, she could hand deliver. But honestly I would have bought the earrings from Vermont, they are that well-made and beautiful. I love the minimal, dainty clean lines of all the jewelry. They have different names and it was fun to search for the drop earrings with the howlite stones my sister loved. Anyway, Thor, Alexandra’s husband got ahold of my sister and hand delivered the earrings to her. She was floored! She thought I had friends she didn’t know right in her neighborhood. That personal touch is hard to get for a gal who buys herself everything she wants, so thank you Alexandra and Thor for going the extra mile. The product already speaks for itself, but the customer service makes your company unforgettable to both me and my sister.
