I had a great experience here. I had to come in at a specific time for an appraisal and Rod was more than willing to come in early to accommodate. Not only that but he was very friendly and was willing to talk me through the appraisal process whenever I had questions. He was very knowledgeable and explained things in a way that someone who isn’t in the business would understand. The appraisals are done as you’re watching also.nI’m generally a bit sceptical about things I’m not very knowledgeable about (I went in for an appraisal of an online jewelry purchase) and since this was my first real jewelry purchase I was definitely a little lacking in knowledge. I wanted to make sure I went to a legit business to make sure my jewelry was authentic and my experience here was great. If you’re a sceptic or are nervous about businesses ripping you off, Rod will put your mind at ease just like he did mine. I am very happy with my service and whenever possible I will be going back!
