Pretty upsetting..I repeatedly asked the sales rep. What material they are made of she explained it was surgical grade steel... I only asled because I am highly allergic to most metals after just one evening if wearing my septum ring it turned green and upon removal of the ring it felt crusty... When i came to see what they could do they explained they dont do returns or exchanges I told her that I understood that but I had asked what the material was and I was ill informed ..

Customer service sucks and the rep acts as if she doesn’t wanna work she’s always on her phone and I would never give them my money again not to mention my jewelry broke instantly
