This is the 2nd time we have purchased jewelry from zales and it had come broken, I wanted to give this to my wife as birthday gift today, she opened it and it was opened broken. Drove half an hour to get to the store and get a refund, they told me their system is down and that I will have to come back. That is obviously not my problem, I shouldn’t have to jump through all these hoops to get quality service and jewelry. The staff was also very unapologetic.

I needed to get my engagement ring resized and got it done without any hiccups within the given time frame.The customer service was great and covid precautions were taken by the store.Overall a pleasant experience in this store.
