So here's the deal: in terms of prices and selection, this place is really great. My fiance and I picked up wedding rings here and were happy with the selection. My issue is with the service. We came by three times (to look, to order, to pick up) and it took between 15-30 minutes for anyone to notice us. And when we were noticed, we got water and still had to wait for someone to actually help us. Three times, so this wasn't a single busy day. That said, it's good for the price and if you have time to kill and don't mind being invisible for a while, check it out.

I want to take this opportunity to let people know how pleased I've been with the service I've been provided at this jewelry store. Not only have I found quality items, but the service has been excellent. Eddie in particular has done an outstanding job in working with me to make sure I get exactly what I'm looking for. His commitment to excellent customer service is remarkable. I am more than pleased with his service. I've been in the customer service business all my life and I know how difficult some customers may be, demanding, rude and simply out of line. It is difficult to deal with these people. Eddie has a great disposition and a great way of winning people over with his smile and all around courtesy and respect. The management at this store should be very pleased to have someone like Eddie in the store to please and satisfy customers' needs and provide the kind of service that everyone deserves and expects from people. Great job in hiring people like Eddie and congratulations to this jewelry store for being outstanding. I also want to mention that all of the employees there are just as nice.

Never in my life have I given anybody a bad review but here it is. They are crooks. They sold me a $400 watch & when I brought it in b/c it stopped running, they kept it for a few days, & when I went to pick it up the owner kept me waiting outside for 25 min & never came out. One of the employees gave me back the watch telling me it was working now. The very next morning the watch stopped @ 11:50 & has been that way since. I have left numerous messages for the owner (Gregg) & he hasn't had the decency to return my calls. Why would a business want such an unhappy customer?nnI even brought them repeat business, a repair that cost me $140 that they did incorrectly & won't acknowledge. I will never visit them again.nnDO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

I dont like the jewerly.purchased rope gold chain broke on me second time wearing it.paid 1,250.i think they are ripping people off. Good gold doesnt break like that what have I wasted my hard earned money on..smh unhappy customer..
