Very quick, on time, prompt, and professional service. Even during my first call when I was making the initial appointment, the individual on the phone was very professional, quick and knew what he was doing. The guys that came out for repair/assistance were also very quick and knew exactly what they were doing. Most importantly everybody that I interacted with during this process were kind individuals! I emailed and called The Electric Connection to set up a Charge Point Home Flex. Everything was amazing. I had sent emails and pictures, but kept forgetting to buy the Charge Point unit. Once I did about 3 weeks later they came in and set everything up perfectly. The team was very professional and patient with my inquiries, and the set up went perfect.nnThe team told me exactly what would happen and they installed the unit in the most efficient way. I wanted the unit on the opposite side of the house where the breaker was and they made that happen. I am very pleased, will now contact The Electric Connection for any electric related needs I have for my home in the future.

One of the top recommended Tesla electricians to install an electric car charger. These guys were did a thorough estimate with photos detailing what the job would cost and how long it would take. I had two Tesla chargers installed, one at my office and another at home. They completed the job with it the time and budget estimated.nnHugo is such a perfectionist that he pointed out a sub meter our condo neighbor installed to charge their Tesla for free. He also attached a floating light switcbox to the wall that was likely left like this for the last 10 years. He said it was unsafe and repaired it since it didn’t take much time to fix

I had a NEMA 14-50 connector installed in my garage for EV charging. Great communication/pricing, fast professional install from the electrical panel to the garage wall (about 30 ft). They routed the wires up towards the roof line and made sure everything was properly weather proofed. I’m very happy with their service.

They installed a Tesla wall charger and a new dedicated outlet in less than two hours. They were fast, professional and clean. Also, out of the three quotes, they had the best price. I couldn't recommend them enough.
