I have a extra large Invicta watch, I have taken it to two other jewlers and they have been unable to open it so they can change the battery. Vic handled it with no problem.

Super friendly and helpful! The jewelry is beautiful and interesting. You can find traditional stuff here but what I really loved was that most of the jewelry had something artistic and unique. Vic was super knowledgeable about watches, and even knew about an obscure watch battery issue.nnI highly recommend this place and will definitely be back when I’m in Pasadena again.

My husband and I went this to change a watch battery,and the person was very nice. He told us the battery they put is Swiss and last 1 year. It hadn't passed three months and the watch battery was dead. We went back to them,and asked why the battery lasted less than we expected. He said that we went to another place and the battery was Chinese. They put us in ridiculous, saying that we went to another place,before God that we didn't. God forgive them for their lies.
