I found out about Specialized Exteriors from a roofing supply vendor in Olympia. I called Erik and spoke with him about some issues with a concrete tile roof on a house we are looking to buy. He gave me a lot of information over the phone, and we arranged a visit. Erik arrived on time, did his work, and gave us the results of his inspection. I can recommend Specialized Exteriors to anyone with a tile roof in the area, it is obvious from talking to Erik that he is knowledgeable, courteous, and a professional.

Erik arrived at our house and educated us on the valley's on our roof. He gave us a resonable price and we hired him to repair all of our valley's, cedar siding that had dry rot due to the leaking valley's, and the facia. He did a great job, was very efficient and cleaned up after each day. Concrete roof tile work is definitely a specialty and he has the skill & knowledge to produce a beautiful result! I would definitely recommend him! Great job!
