Herman replaced the stem on my wife's engagement ring that was more secure and beautiful. I think it came back cleaner too. My wife also lost a sapphire on another ring and he replaced that with a great matching stone to the others on the ring.nnGreat service and gets it done quickly with a more than fair price.
