I purchased several pieces last year (like 6 necklaces and a ring). My first fail happened with their Playboy bunny necklace. I wore it for the first time 4 months after purchase for a dinner and a rhinestone fell out. N9 dancing or hard wear just dinner at a restaurant. Since it was a large order and supposedly hand-made I reached out to ask for any help. I even asked if I could just be sent a new stone to have it repaired at my own expense. Their customer service did not care that their item which was expensive at $60 only made it through a single wear and held to their 3 month warranty period. I was one month past. I should have known then because since that the other necklaces have either tarnished or broken even though they're not worn on a regular basis. I don't feel for the price the quality is there and the company doesn't back their items the way a truly hand-made jeweler would. Don't fall for their use of influencers who they give items to for free. These pieces, though aesthetically pleasing, are cheaply made for their price point. Though I can't mention other names there are several retailers lower than this price point with better service and higher quality.

Please skip out on this jewelry if you have sensitive skin. It claims to be stainless steel/ sterling silver. I’m not sure if it is. I broke out severely both times I attempted wear the necklace I bought from here.

I ordered a necklace mid February & received an order confirmation email shortly afterward that included a tracking number. The email said a shipment label had been created. I checked the tracking info. several times but there was no movement with the package. After two weeks, I reached out to Dalmata customer service. They informed me that the necklace I ordered was out of stock & that I could have a refund or choose another piece of jewelry.nnI feel that the necklace should not have been available for purchase in the first place if it was not in stock. Additionally, the Dalmata team should have reached out to me sooner if they realized the could not fulfill my order. Although the customer service team was helpful, I should not have had to reach out to them wondering where my package was. I don't believe it was handled professionally. I would not recommend.

I don't even want to rate this one star.. I placed an order back in December.. It's now March. I haven't received my order, it took months of emailing and Instagram messaging.. For someone to say my order would be sent out. I still haven't received anything. And I'm back to emailing and messaging them. For what I paid for this item, I would expect a better experience. Buyers beware. I'm ridiculously disappointed and out of a lot of money

Ive ordered some before and it was okay. Was told they were stainless and the website says safe to wear in water. Dont wear them in the shower even once because they’ll instantly start rusting. I ordered some necklaces for my boyfriend and asked them to be wrapped, the sizing was wrong and it came in the ordinary package unwrapped and without the note I paid for. This past order was some earrings from early December and just now after many emails being told they are on their way and in shipment, I was just told they were never made and are out of stock. But on their official instagram, they are advertising the earrings still to be ordered. I was given a tracking number and told my order was out and shipped in January, just now to find out in April that they never were, never will be made, and are never going to come. Isn’t worth the time for average quality.
