Always above and beyond customer service. Making guests feel welcome and informed of the new covid rules & jewelry pieces offered during this time. I was nervous to receive my piercing. But staff made me feel relaxed and confident of my piercing.

Absolutely loved my experience here. Overall a very professional shop with a wide range of jewelry, and an extremely knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend this establishment to everyone for their piercing/jewelry needs. I can't wait to return for another piercing soon.

I came here on recommendation to get my navel pierced. This was my first piercing so I was pretty nervous. The staff was amazing and did such a good job at calming me and also answering all of my questions. The staff is very fun and playful but still show a lot of expertise and professionalism. The place was clean, and I mean CLEAN! The display cases didn't even show a single sign of dust! The staff sanitized the jewelry and the tools and made sure everything was safe to use. I did have to sign a waiver prior to getting the piercing. The actual piercing went really fast and smoothly! No complications! Bog was my piercer and she was so chill and really fun to talk to! She was very good at keeping me calm and making sure I wasn't going to faint! I highly recommend coming here! It's only been 3 days but my piercing is healing with no trouble at all!

This is an awesome piercing place! I got a new piercing in between 2 that were kind of far apart and bothering me. They have so many earring options that are all really good quality. This is the first piercing that I've had no issues with so far. If you pick an earring with diamonds, they probably have a Swarovski crystal alternative that is more affordable.
