My experience with the Pasadena Court house was a joke. When you stand in line for help they see you but don't see you. They know you're standing there and they ignore you. When you finally get to the window they always say you didn't do this and you didn't do that. Then they make you get out of line when they know you have your car parked outside on a timer. As they help you they talk with everyone but you. Wasting time joking with the other staff members. Then they have to get help from everyone else because they don't know what they are doing. And on top of that they are rude as hell.
The phone number doesn't work. This is a government building that should be readily accessible to citizens. Embarassing.
