Fantastic school. I moved from Anaheim to LA, so I'm not graduating from here, but I wish I could. The teachers really care and the school is up to date in terms of technology. There are also a lot of bright kids that I can definitely see going places.
Because Michelle serpas does not know how to do a full investigation before she gets the police involved in any matters dealing with the student's, her actions ties the parents hands on not disciplining their kids so they behave in school,all because the school calls the police! If the school knows best then they can raise our children while they are attending their school in the Anaheim Union High School District
This school is a great school. The students are friendly and aren't so hell bent on sticking to cliques the same way other schools are. The events are fun especially if you join and participate in clubs. Minus a star for a few of the teachers. Most of the teachers are great but a few don't care about their students and are very careless with their student's work. They don't put in points as soon as things are graded, one even loses her student's work. Plus, the librarian is very mean. I don't know what happened to her to make her so mean but she needs to be nicer to her students.
I graduated in 1987, what an amazing school it was. I don’t know what happened, but it used to be the best school in the district.
I graduated in 1965. I have no idea what went on at Western after I graduated. I have no regrets for having attended there.
