Great experience!nI wanted to give a local business, Ken Walker Jewelers, an opportunity before I went to Seattle. I'm sure glad I did.nStacey was very knowledgeable and clearly understood what we were looking for in a new diamond. (wedding ring upgrade)nThe turnaround time from initial visit to our review of several new diamonds, purchase, setting in to existing ring and then a very happy wife was 9 days. The staff and service at Ken Walkers Jewelers earned these 5 stars!

I am so happy I found Ken Walker Jewelers. Stacey and Diana were excellent to work with. I had my wedding ring repaired somewhere else and I thought it was ruinedud83dude22. I had two rings appraised and was very pleased with the process. The staff at Ken Walker Jewelers was considerate and helpful. They were very responsive to my questions and concerns. A certified gemologist was the appraiser. It took about an hour for both rings to be appraised and I received a full color report which is very nicely bound.

Ken Walker Jewelers is a great place to get your jewelry from! I came in to get a ring sized and another old childhood read polished to fit again. But instead Mark helped us save money by helping the first ring fit on another finger and made my childhood ring look new again! He didn’t charge us anything and the service was great! I definitely recommend! :)

Such friendly, welcoming staff. I've had several pieces either fixed, created or adjusted and the craftsmanship is always top-notch. Highly recommend this jeweler with small-town vibe but big city quality.
