Mike was very professional, providing detailed descriptions of both the short term and long term treatment plans to resolve our ongoing pest issues. Mike was also incredibly kind and took the extra time to get to know me and my unique situation, a refreshing personal touch we just don’t see enough of with the bigger companies. I appreciate Mike's attention to detail and integrity as a business owner. We had poor experiences with other companies where bait stations wouldn't get refilled and eaves wouldn't get swept. Mike doesn't skip duties and you can tell he takes pride in his work, does the full job every time. When we have an issue he responds quickly and follows up. We have used Mike for over a year now and any issues we needed addressed he has gladly looked at. There have been several times between services that we had mice traps that needed attended to or bees that attacked and he has always come out and taken care of it at no extra cost.
