Peninsula Paint Centers- Benjamin Moore

Absolutely wonderful! I have been to a couple other local paint stores and this was by far the best. Francine went above and beyond to help me find the perfect paint color. Explaining many options in great detail. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Not pushy at all. She wanted to make sure I found the best paint color for our house. Now I won't go anywhere else and will highly recommend benjamin Moore in Gig harbor.

We're in the final stages of a remodel. I went in this morning to grab some paint color samples and was immediately overwhelmend. I was standing there (maybe looking a little confused) when one of the employees checked in with me. They were really busy, and she was in the middle of helping someone so I was quick to show her my floor sample and explain a little of what I want. She immediately showed me a color from the swatches I had already grabbed and went back to help the customer she was already with. I realized I loved the sample she had picked and needed to still think about trim and exterior colors. So I waited for her to be available again and it was SO worth the wait. She knew exactly the look I was going for, walked me through all of the options without overwhelming me and I was able to sort out exactly what I needed (and she wrote it all down for me on the samples!). Its amazing how difficult picking out the right white paint can be. At one point she was searching for the best option for the trim and couldnt find the swatch color and I literally would have trusted her sight unseen on it. (The sample strips are being effected by covid, so some were running low--but there were still tons of options out and this was not an issue at all) She ended up finding a sample of it in one of the booklets and she was right--I loved it and thats the one I went with for trim. Francine was so helpful! I am even more excited now to get the paint up on the walls and trim AND exterior because I feel 100% more confident now with her guidance.

Francine and her team at Peninsula Paint Center in Gig Harbor are simply amazing. The two P's I hate are painting and plumbing, but as soon as I walked through the front door I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. I explained to Francine what I was looking for and she spent over 45 mins running me through colors and matching colors. I have to say I am extremely satisfied with the final results. I went with the Kendall Charcoal for the exterior of my house and love it.nnWith all of the big box stores like HD and Lowes you really loose that hometown feel and service. Peninsula Paint has not forgot how important that is to customers. I 100% will be going back to them with future projects and have already recommended them to others.nnAnyone who has lived in the Pacific Northwest for anytime has realized that the customer service around here is not always 5 stars. It is usually one disappointment after another if you can even get their attention. You will not be disappointed by going to Peninsula Paint in Gig Harbor.

Purchased Aura matte finish. Great product but super old stock. High end paint should not take 2 strainers to remove the chunks. Removing a softball of chunks per each 5 gallon is utterly unacceptable. UPDATE the general manager was totally helpful and got the project back on track! Thanks Peninsula Paint.

Precisely why I have always used Benjamin Moore ... excellent product and customer service. This location is the gold standard for helpfulness!
