Called the store and told Kelsey I needed the seals on my pellet stove door replaced. She said she could take it to Tacoma store so I dropped the door off with her. A week later I was told it was done. Went in to pick it up and the glass seal was not done. The guy asked if I wanted him to send it back??? I replied that's what I wanted and that I was able to do door seal but wanted them both done. He sent back and a week later I called to check...Kelly calls to check on it and calls me back saying that tech couldn't get bolts off without breaking and I should take it to someone that could fix...( that's what I took it to them for!! ) went in and picked up door. Got home and figured I would try and if broke then would take it to a real shop. I removed glass and bolts no problem and bought a new seal kit I paid $16 for. And paid Aqua Rec $74.45 for doing nothing....nnI will never use this company again. Post pour service

Went inside to checkout hot tub prices and place was empty, girl that was there wasn't very helpful

We bought the Excursion 2 Quadra fire, gas fireplace unit at the end of August 2019, from Aqua Rec. in Gig Harbor. There were several issues with the unit that required some diagnostics by their very skilled and professional installer Mike. Rick, the scheduler for the installation , stayed on it, and made sure Mike had what he needed to make repairs, which eventually required a 2 nd replacement unit to be installed Oct. 25, 2019, so as to save us any further delay in enjoying a working unit. I would like to thank Aqua Rec for sending the second unit and also for their very professional and skilled employee Mike! The positive reviews helped me select this company and I can testify that they work hard to ensure their customers are satisfied with their purchase.

We are in the process of selling our house. 6 days before closing, they tell us the inground pool needs to be fixed. I called around frantically trying to get someone to come out. Chris WAS AMAZING. He got me all the information. Came out quickly to do the write up. On the day of install, his team was here earlier than planned and got almost everything done in 4 hours. I would highly recommend the gig harbor team. They were great.
