As a subcontractor I could not be more satisfied in working with Hill Custom Homes. The staff was excellent in communicating throughout the project to make sure everyone was on the same page. Most importantly, we got to see a beautiful home built!

Just finished a complete kitchen remodel and downstairs remodel with Hill Custom Homes and we are very happy with the results. Everything was completed on time, the entire staff is very professional and responsive. The Hills have great design ideas and provided invaluable guidance throughout the process. There is not a single design component that we are not completely happy with. We would hire these guys again.

they Don't pay subcontractors. Have been involved in multiple lawsuits. Dishonest.

From 2009 client Zeger:We contracted with Hill Custom Homes to build a custom waterfront home on Hood Canal. The services performed included everything from initial design work through handing us the key to our new home.Jeff and Kari Hill and their entire staff were fantastic to work with. From our initial meeting where we talked about what we wanted, to the final walk through, everything went very smoothly. In fact, 3 1/2 years later, I occasionally call the office for some minor information (what was the color of the paint on the exterior trim, etc.). They are just as friendly and helpful now as they were when we began the process. When we began looking for a builder, we were looking for someone special. We wanted someone that paid attention to details, both in the construction of the home, but also in all the mounds of paperwork involved. We had heard that building a home can be one of the most stressful experiences one can go through. We found it to be just the opposite - it was a very enjoyable time! Hill Custom Homes is probably not the least expensive builder on the block, but the attention to detail, quality workmanship and finished product definately make them the best value!
