The first time Mike came out he talked me out of spending money on something! We appreciated that so much that the next time we needed work done he was our guy! Mike pays great attention to detail, is transparent in his pricing and is a pleasure to have in our home.

Mike followed up with our requests quickly. He showed up when he said he would and did a great job handling our small home projects. He was honest about work that could wait and gave us a fair price on the work that needed to be done at that time. We will be using Mike as our go to handyman in future.

We have had Mike Costanza to our home multiple times over the last several years. He has done a variety of jobs including fence and deck repair, painting jobs, toilet and sink replacement and repair, and flooring replacement. Mike is friendly, courteous, responsive, and always arrives on time and finishes the jobs professionally. He has years of experience and is very knowledgeable.
