Apparently you need an appointment now to even enter the store, so make sure you call ahead. Wish someone would have told me that before I drove for an hour (this is the closest location to me) only to find they couldn't even do a quick cleaning of my ring and no appointments were available for the rest of the day. I was told someone might be out to help me shortly but I was left standing in the parking lot.... very disappointed for something that should be so easy.

I was really let down by this place. There service started out well with helping me get a ring for my now husband, but I bought the wrong size. So a day after the ceremony I took it back and they said they could reorder a new ring and that it would take three days. They told me to hold onto the ring so that it could be a straight exchange after it came in. The staff said they would call us to pick it up on the weekend. It got to be Sunday around 3pm and I still had not received a phone call. I called and spoke to the person who I had been working with for everything and he said, “ hold on let me look up your transaction.” He left me on hold for 25 minutes and I finally hung up. My husband called back to see what was going on and it turns out they never even ordered the ring to come in. Then they wanted us to put another 120$ down to order the ring in a new size. However we were not going to get it until mid September or early October. We only had 30 days to return the ring and it just felt like they were pushing us out so we couldn’t return the ring. So I ended up rushing over and returned the ring before they closed and now we just bought a ring from another jeweler. It was just really disappointing because we had really liked the style ring and we had to return it because we felt like we were going to get scammed.

Staff is always friendly. Very knowledgeable about their products and we feel out home when we go there.

Came to get my wedding band and it took me 5 mins with the help of one of the associates! Especially with everything going on being able to be in and out quickly is a big plus.
