The people that were there were very nice and helpful. The 1 star is because the office WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE and everything is online(that's fine) however you cant schedule a phone call with anyone for the next 3 months! Outrageous! You need to get a new system!!!
With everything being transferred to online, it is very confusing trying to get FAFSA, registration, and books. Also when calling you get answering machines very frequently. However if you can get a couple email addresses from website and send them a message to call you, they usually do as soon as they are able too (30min to an hour) which is very helpful.
I throughly enjoy going to school. All my professors have been awesome and any faculty members are super helpful. Although times are hard right now. I know I made the right choice to come here to further my education and start a career.

Not a bad school at all.. however their phone systems are the worst. I’ve called multiple times on multiple occasions, left at least 20 voice mails, and only ever got a call back one time. Today, I’m trying to reach advising - yet again I’m transferred to multiple people and left 2 voicemails so far - still haven’t gotten a return call.nUsually they don’t answer the phones, then when I go into the school, there’s literally a bunch of staff sitting down at their desks with no students in sight.nThis is literally my only problem with the school.. it’s frustrating enough to where I’m considering transferring to another college.
