My sister placed and order for a sapphire here for a fair amount of money, but ended up with a stone that was below size and cracked. She brought it to another jeweler who looked at it and told her that it was cracked and too small to match the description of what she bought. I estimate that the cost of what she bought was 100X overpriced. She came back to the jewel and he claimed it was an honest mistake, and only gave her the wrong stone by accident. I am skeptical that a knowledgeable person can make such a significant and careless error. The store did offer a refund, so that is why I give 2 stars instead of 1.

I came in to find my ring size and the woman who helped me took so much care to help me find just the right fit.nThe jewelry they carry is stunning (a mix of modern and classics) and you can tell the owners care greatly about the quality of their work.

The clasp on my favorite bracelet broke, and he fixed it in 20 minutes! He was very informative, professional, and both he and his wife are so kind. They also have such beautiful jewelry at very reasonable prices for the quality and craftsmanship. Would definitely recommend!

I forget how many pieces of jewelry Peter has designed for me but my last one might just be my favorite. It is a white gold ring with 2 diamonds and a pink sapphire to commemorate my successful journey through breast cancer. Every time I look at it it makes me smile. I am so grateful to him for his artistry.

A neighborhood fixture that is not staid is how I would describe Generales & Generales. This wonderful jewelry store has the longevity and reliability of a neighborhood store with the thoughtful guidance of its staff and owners. Working within a specified budget is also something they try hard to accommodate. Generales offers trendy, designer, and vintage pieces. I, however, am partial to their own designs that use unusual gems combined with striking settings. I highly recommend Generales & Generales
