He arrived on time, was professional and very friendly. He quickly diagnosed the issues at hand and educated me on what had caused the problem. He obtained all the necessary parts and promptly got everything up and running again. He worked efficiently and cleaned up after himself. We called Ray when our power went out. He was professional and courteous and got to us very quickly. He diagnosed the problem and set up a time to fix it as it meant taking power down to several other units in our block. When the time came to fix the problem he was very fast and efficient and charged us a very reasonable amount.nI recommend him highly.
