Like many brides, I tried shedding for the wedding. After losing 10 pounds, my engagement ring got so loose that it would fall off if I shook my hand hard enough.nnI called a number of jewelry shops around LA and Ventura. They either didn't work with palladium or were too expensive. Andre worked with my metal and provided an extremely reasonable quote over the phone.nnI walked in the same day and tried on Andre's ring sizers to find the right fit. He was able to size down my palladium ring perfectly within an hour and cleaned it so it looks brand new. I love it!nnIf you're concerned about COVID safety, they've got you covered. They wear face masks and the inside of the shop is pristine. Thanks again Andre!

I live in Canada and needed to send a gift to a friend in San Jose, California! Jewels Quest came through is so many ways! I purchased a beautiful pair of gold earrings and not only did they ship it for me, they even sent a greeting card and transcribed my words. Andre has been my familys Jeweler for many many years, I was referred to his establishment by my Sister -in-Law.nAndre secured my mothers vintage wedding ring and made it like new.nI was unaware the prongs were worn down and I could have lost the diamond.nI completely trust his Family Business.
