The Connelly Roofing & Gutters

We Have done a lot of work on our house over the past two years and Connelly Roofing & Gutter was by far the easiest and best company to work with. We had several roofing questions and they all got answered. They were very good with communication on when the roof job would start and they continued to communicate with us throughout the job. I really appreciated this.nnThe roofing crew were very nice and did a great job. I didn't actually speak with any of the crew except in very brief ways but each time they were polite and answered my questions. I am really happy with the end results of their work. My new roof is absolutely beautiful. I think the last awesome thing is they did a great job cleaning up after they were done. I have heard stories about roofing crews leaving a mess when they were done but I have to say Connelly Roofing & Gutter left my property perfectly clean.nnI highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or a roof repair. Price was fair and quality was High.nn-Ted

Date of service 9/24/20- this company was completely unprofessional. My vents are leaking on my roof (we fully inspected ourselves, in our attic) Jose was supposed to be here between 9/10am. He did not show up until NOON. He gets on my roof, replacing the screws and caulking on my vents. Before even asking me if it was ok for him to start any work. No estimate given at all. Once he is complete and comes to my door, he says ok my boss said it will be $695 dollars!!!! Apparently that is their flat rate to even come out! I was not informed of this. I would have never agreed! Especially seeing as the roofer never came to speak to me before doing any repairs! Follow up to the next morning, IT IS STILL LEAKING FROM MY VENTS!!! The job was not completed whatsoever ever! They want to charge me more to come out and fix the same issue that Jose was supposed to fix! I will be reporting this company to the BBB, totally scam to say the least. I wouldn’t even give them one star, but to write this review, I had no choice. Don’t get scammed like I did!

I had an appt with someone named Bill today for a roof leak, and he ghosted the appointment with no notice. Despite me taking time off work, nobody came or cared to call. I called and left several voicemails with no return. After reading the reviews, I consider myself fortunate that I didn’t contract with them. I’ll be posting this comment on all three of their google-linked websites, worth reading all of them if you will be contracting with them. Lack of professionalism seems to be a recurring theme.

Had an awesome experience with Connelly Roofing & Gutter. Not only did they do a fantastic job but they made me feel like they really cared. They completed my roof a week ago and did suchj an amazing job I felt I had to leave them a review. I dont review businesses often.nnTheir work was outstanding and their customer service is exactly what you would want. I highly recommend them. For a roofing company in Tacoma I think you couldnt go wrong by selecting them to help you with your roof.nnI also would like to be specific in what they did for me as I hope this helps them. They installed a CertainTeed roof on my home. I had originally planned to go with something cheaper but in the end found that certainteed seemed to provide the most beautiful roof possible. I am thrilled I went with it. My home is...beautiful and I think this will last me the next 30 or 40 years.nnThanks guys for the hard work and great job.nnGayle

Watch them when they go up on your roof to inspect for estimate purposes. These are the only roofers to go up and come down with pics of some holes that are now at the very top of my roof. These holes weren't there when I went up in spring to put moss out on and none of the other roofers I had up there to give estimates said they spotted the holes, or took any pictures of them and it would have been glaringly obvious. I don't have before pics of before this joker went up on my roof to prove it, otherwise I'd be filing a more formal complaint, but I want you all to know who these people are. The guy, Bill, told me he could get someone up there right away to patch, cover it if we contracted with them. Beware of this company. They have 4 different names they go by for google reviews, so don't be fooled if you look at the reviews and they're all good.
